And be sure to use the same size and type of thread in the bobbin as in the top thread supply. Warm prompt: 1. If jam happens, you can check from below aspects:a. Top thread is not well threadedMake sure thread pass all the slots as in the manual and retry.b. The top thread tension is not appropriateThe bobbin tension has been correctly set at the factory, so you do not need to adjust it. Just need to adjust the top thread tension, 90% of your sewing will be done with the top thread tension control set at “4”. You can have a trial test on the fabric before start the main project. 2. The feed dogs don’t come up a. First, make sure the feed dog control is right in the position. When turn to right side, it is push down and then to the right, like an “L” as showing in the manual. b. Rotate the hand wheel after switch to the feed dog side to see the feed dog raise to the right position. c. Restart the sewing machine. 3. When want to use letter modea. Use Satin stitch foot (Z).b. If you want to larger the space between letters, don’t forget to use manual adjustment buttons.
